So excited for this summer’s Yoga Bliss Festival!!!! We just added one more sessions as the Saturday 1 PM with Judy Raugawitz sold out! She is offering her Myofascial Release wisdom in small groups of 6 for therapists on Friday and lay people on Saturday to deepen their knowledge of self care, touch and the body wisdom. We hope to see you on the mat for 1,2, 3 or many sessions. Customize it your way.

Yoga Bliss Fedtival Day 2 is under way! Sona Hernandez lead the morning with a chakra practice, Sheene Booth is offing Inspiration Activation Breath Work and Swami Sankarananda is sharing theory and philosophy with lecture titled Awake! Arise!
