Meet Dr. Jocelyn Bayliss!
Dr. Bayliss is a highly respected physician specializing in general psychiatry and child & adolescent psychiatry at Ivy Collaborative Healthcare.

Education & Training:
She completed her psychiatry residency and child/adolescent fellowship at the Medical College of Georgia.
She earned her MD from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and also holds engineering degrees in Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

Professional Recognition:
Dr. Bayliss has been recognized as a top mental health provider in the CSRA and featured in local publications. She is an active member of both national and state psychiatric associations.

Patient Care Philosophy:
Patients value her compassionate approach, her ability to truly listen, and the supportive, family-centered care she provides.
