Do you know how to build muscles? You keep working out muscles! (Form matters too!)
The same happens when you keep reinforcing a poor pattern—you’re “working out” in the same position.

Some days I wanna quit and runaway… but when I get texts like this… I know I’m doing what I’m suppose to be doing and I keep doing it. Not all who come will see the value in my work, not all who come will understand but there are those who do and it makes this journey worth traveling!
