Minister Clarence Orinza Shipman entered into rest on Monday, April 13, 2020. Due to the Covid- 19 guidelines there will be a private ceremony and burial. Survivors includes; his daughter, Tiffany Shipman; son, Clarence O. Shipman Jr.; grandchildren; Thelma Shipman Patrick, Rosa Mae Shipman, Brenda( Marlon), Shipman Maxey,Gloria Shipman, Betty( Bruce), Shipman Hammond,Nathan( Jannie) Shipman and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Forrest Holliman Jr. entered into rest on April 11, 2020. Due to the Covid-19 guidelines, there will be a private ceremony and burial. He is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, Mattlyn Holliman, sons, Howard L. Morris, Michael (Gail) Morris, Earl (Vincentia) Morris and James (Rita)Holliman); brother, Rev. Johnny (Salena) Williams; thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends may pay their final respects on Thursday from 12 noon to 3 pm at the funeral home. Please keep the Holliman family in your prayers.

Mr. John Henry Johnson entered into rest on April 10, 2020. Due to the Covid-19 guidelines, there will be a private ceremony and burial. Mr. Johnson is survived by his beloved wife, Mattie Johnson, sons, Reginald(Cereese) Stewart, Willie(Yolanda) Stewart, John H. Johnson Jr., Aaron (Stephanie) Johnson, and Rashada Johnson; daughter, Denise Tanksley; nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren; brothers, Clarence Johnson Jr., Earl Johnson and a host of other relatives and friends. Mrs. Dorothy "Dot" Louise Brown entered into rest on Thursday, April 9, 2020. After twenty years of service with British Airways, Mrs. Brown retired in 1996. A private graveside service will be held. Survivors are her devoted husband of 66 years, Clease Brown; her son, Clease (Linda) Brown Jr., Charlotte, NC; her granddaughter, Reniqua Brown, Charlotte, NC; three great grandchildren, Emery Brown, Elijah Brown, Saniyah Brown; granddaughter-in-law, Lashonda Brown; and a host nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
