NAPC was established in December, 1985 by Dr. Alan D. Originally known as Alan D. LaVine, M.D., P.C., NAPC was established when Don E. Williamson, M.D. joined in November of 1994. Since then, the practice has grown to include Clay H. Wilson, M.D., Mark T. Smith, M.D., Joachim ‘Kim’ Hertel, M.D., Barton Brezina, M.D., Shukhrat Artikov, M.D., and Harold Douglas Hubert, M.D. Our physicians are Board Certified in both Nephrology and Internal Medicine. They specialize in the management of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments.
