What a fantastic time with Dr Troy Woodard as this months visiting professor. Dr. Woodard is the current President of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and spoke to us on “Turning trials into triumph: lessons learned along the leadership journey.” Troy was our Rhinology fellow finishing in 2009 and it was simply fantastic to have him return and spend time with all of us. We wish him well the remainder of his presidency and continued success at the Cleveland clinic.

Samson, our departments oldest canine member, is celebrating his 16th birthday today. Known to many as being “strong and mighty“ he is patrolling the beach but not finding many squirrels there.
