Zardus Holistic Wellness Center is located at 11 Parkwood Drive in Augusta, Maine. The wellness center is owned and operated by licensed massage therapist & certified health coach, Teresa Zardus. The Holistic Wellness Center encompasses the fine art of mind and body relaxation through contemporary and alternative solutions, which include a variety of modalities, based on your wellness needs. The f

acility not only provides personal wellness services as a therapeutic and relaxation massage center, but also drives community involvement through wellness, nutrition, health, and alternative healing classes - our services, workshops, and programs will support the journey into a sustainable wellness lifestyle. We offer a space of quiet rejuvenation with supportive services in positive lifestyle coaching, massage, energy work, Rolfing therapy and more. In addition, our State Approved Massage program incorporates workshops for the general community, as well as focused education programs for students interested in becoming licensed massage therapists and bodyworkers. Our massage program is the only State of Maine approved massage school with a Reflexology Certification included in its program and onsite internships following graduation and state licensing.
