For others, it started with an unexpected job interview that instantly felt familiar and welcoming. What they all describe is the same feeling of comfort, purpose, and belonging. For our January , we would like to recognize Jerrica! She has been with Barclay House for six years and has become a vital part of our community.

Jerrica is one of our RAs here at Barclay House. She is an extremely hard worker and always goes above and beyond for our residents. She was chosen because she is always willing to jump in and help, and she is very efficient in her job.

Her favorite part about working at Barclay House is tending to residents and being there to help when needed.

Fun fact: She loves movies, her favorite food is Chinese, and she enjoys a little adventure.
