✨ Harlem Schedule Update ✨

Hi friends, I wanted to let you know that my yoga classes in Harlem are shifting to Saturday-only classes, on select dates.

This change comes with some bittersweet feelings — I’ll miss our more frequent flows — but I’m trusting this new rhythm and looking forward to making each Saturday class a truly meaningful space for us to practice together.

Stay tuned for the dates, and thank you for continuing to show up with your breath, your presence, and your hearts. 💛

It’s been a wonderful start to the year 🫶🏽 I have one more class in Harlem tomorrow morning at 8:30a then I will be OOT for 2 weeks 🐚 🏝️

I’ll be in Puerto Rico with my family - but will return for classes the week of June 9th!

Thank you to the community who joined us to celebrate one year of yoga in harlem 🧘‍♀️ It was so good to see new and old faces come together. I baked homemade sourdough strawberry scones and pumpkin scones 😊🍓🍰 for everyone 🫶🏽

My word for the year is ✨alignment✨ - I took a little journey to the outer banks for some Yin energy

Teaching 5 vinyasa classes a week and working full time creates so much Yang…and if you asked me last week what the hell that really meant, I don’t think I’d be able to tell you

I’m grateful for more knowledge, more experience, and connections that absolutely filled my heart more than I would have imagined

Although I am able to teach Yin classes now, I’m not sure how I can add any more to my plate - but what I can say is that the perspective that I’ve gained has changed something in me that I’m sure all my students will feel 🙏🧘‍♀️🩷
