Cartessa's Top Laser Resurfacing System "Tetra CO2 & Coolpeel™" for skin resurfacing and the Subnovii Plasma Pen to minimize fine lines, wrinkles, and scars, was recently added to our extensive list of services. We also offer SkinWave Facials, the next-generation Aqua-facial for skin rejuvenation without downtime at a great price. Repeat once per month for maintenance. James C. Sherman, MD, serves as the Medical Director of New Skin Medical Spa and Vein Specialists of Augusta. Dr. Sherman is a Board-Certified Physician and Surgeon, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Born and raised in Augusta, Dr. Sherman attended Richmond Academy. He completed his surgical training at the Medical College of Georgia and has practiced surgery in his hometown for over 25 years. Dr. Sherman is a self-admitted “gadget guy,” which has fueled his passion for laser aesthetics and all the other new systems available to beautify and turn back the clock of time! He finds new technology fun and exciting and truly enjoys incorporating these offerings into his practice. Dr. Sherman takes pride in personally seeing each office consult and developing an effective treatment plan that stays within YOUR budget.
