WE’VE UPGRADED TO INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY!💆
Well everyone, I tried out my red light therapy machine and soon realized I definitely wanted the upgrade to infrared light— so I went and purchased one! I’m still including this as a complementary add-on for all massages 🙂

Infrared light is the upgraded version of red light therapy, and hits all the way down to the muscular layer instead of just the surface! This light also emits more heat, which I’m really hoping helps all the tired and sore muscles!

Let me know what you all think! I can’t wait for everyone to try it out!

RED LIGHT THERAPY IS HERE!

Hi everyone! After doing a lot of research, I went out and invested in a red light therapy stand to now add into massages if wanted!

To give a little background, red light therapy is a less intense version of infrared therapy, and uses low wave-length light to stimulate cellular activity and reduce surface and joint inflammation!

I figured it would be great to use on your lower or upper back when you’re laying face down! It’ll be a way to add a little heat and reduce tissue inflammation by just adding in a little light :)

This will be complimentary, and I can’t wait to see if it helps you all in the way I’m hoping! Here is one of the articles that convinced me to invest in one:
