The Georgia Department of Public Health now provides medical cannabis cards to qualified Georgia patients and their caregivers. Once enrolled in the Georgia low-THC Oil Registry, a person will be issued a 5 year low-THC Registry Card, which authorizes them to possess low-THC oil and protect them from arrest. Registered patients with valid low-THC oil registry cards are allowed to possess up to 20 fluid ounces of low-THC oil. The card is issued to patients with the following qualifying medical conditions and/or their caregivers:

PTSD (Anxiety, Depression or Insomnia)
Pain (Intractable)
Cancer
Seizure disorders related to diagnosis of epilepsy or trauma related head injury
ALS – Lou Gehrig’s disease
Parkinson’s disease
Multiple sclerosis
Sickle cell disease
Crohn’s disease
Mitochondrial disease
AIDS
Alzheimer’s disease
Autism
Epidermolysis bullosa
Peripheral neuropathy
Tourette’s syndrome
Patients in hospice care
