Still Waters Professional Counseling, Inc. Outpatient and In-Home Services for Children, Adolescents and Adults Jean. LeAnn G. Still Waters got its name from the 23 Psalm.

Founded in 2008, Still Waters is a locally owned corporation that was founded and owned by the President and CEO, LeAnn G. Jean is a local resident of Columbia County and has dedicated the last 20 years of her life to helping children and families. "The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me to lay down in green pastures, He leads me beside the Still Waters, He restores my soul." The main idea is the metaphor of life and the storms that we all go through from time to time. The Lord is able to come in and say "Peace" and the stormy waters are calmed. At Still Waters, it is our goal to be instruments in empowering others to bring peace and healing into their lives.We are committed to providing professional services in a nurturing, compassionate, healthy and therapeutic environment.

We are proud to announce Still Waters Ministries' collaboration with the UNION DES FEMMES LEADER D'AFRIQUE - Women's Empowerment Project.
We have made a substantial donation to help 20 African women with targeted interventions like making their own businesses and other like kind opportunities.
Research shows if African women are given an opportunity, it reverberates through-out their whole community.
We thank this very special organization and their President Yasmina Sar for the powerful work they are doing to better the women of their country!

Note: The union's mission is to promote the integral development of women and girls and improve the living conditions of the most disadvantaged communities, contributing as effectively and efficiently as possible to the fight against disease, poverty, ignorance, and exclusion through targeted interventions.
