Does anyone know of a in the area that will help me deal with my neighbour?

He has left his dog out to bark at all hours (which disrupts my work though this has gotten better), has threatened my dogs (both Corky and Sophie), threatened my cat (Taz), has come to my house with a weapon, has left slanderous/libel reviews on both Google and Yelp (his account was suspended on both and those reviews were removed), and has shouted profanity at me including calling me a k*ke, f*ggot, and whiny b*tch. He claims there was a court summons but I never was served. I was a witness to all of that and yesterday (8/19) one of the animal control officers came to ask if I had a recording of another animal barking that went on Saturday night for over an hour (which I did but it wasn’t very good) and neighbour came out to berate me.

Meanwhile my clients witnessed him has come to my clients cars parked lawfully on my property to insult me and attempt to drive away my business. (This would also be trespassing). They witnessed him going back to 1918 so we are going to assuming it is them.

He is also suspected to be the one who left a beheaded animal in October with a note saying I was next.

Our crazy neighbour is back leaving fake reviews for us again so if you see anything from a Kevin C, that's him and please disregard. He did this on Google and did this on Yelp.

Our neighbour has been getting written up extensively for nuisance barking. Animal Control had originally accused us, but Corky was already gone by that point. And his dog started barking when I was talking to the officer clearing Corky's name making them realize they got the wrong house and since they met the new dog (a large dog), every time I am accused and video of a small dog barking goes in, they basically go to them.

He is making false accusations about me. As most of you know, I suffered a catastrophic injury on Feb 16, 2022 called cauda equina syndrome when 400 lbs of patient fell on me when I was saving someone's life as an EMT. I've been very limited in my work since then including getting up. I've been really dependent on my cane and for three months could not walk at all.

He also says I am lying about my back which is happened Feb 16, 2022 at about 7:15 pm. It's very well documented as is my surgery which was about 7 am Jan 23, 2024.

So since he has been asked repeatedly to stop harassing me, I will be getting a lawyer.

Any lawyers in the Augusta area who might be willing to do a cease and desist letter will be very welcome.

Sorry for those who were just bombarded with several posts at once. The SCEH annual meeting just ended. It was pretty small. Lot of workshops had only a few people. The trans one had 6 I think. The present study assessed whether cooperation can be influenced by means of an imagery and suggestion-based intervention. Participants (N=126) were adult university students. After removing 21 participants due to failure to follow directions, 105 participants remained. This study examined the demographic differences in unlicensed and licensed hypnosis practitioners. Analyzing the current state of the hypnosis field is integral to forecasting the future development of the field, improve diversity of the field, and potentially increase student participation. Due to some issues, again, with our university library system, we will be having a disruption of unknown length in our research reports which a surprising amount of people have thanked us for. I'm not happy with this as this is how I keep up to date on the field, basically these blogs are similar to the notes for myself. I just read things in themes and the blog posts are basically my notes to share for other people. I have no idea when this will restart. Mel

I will be seeing in-person on and off in the Miami-Ft Lauderdale area for the next month and a half. I will only be seeing house calls in that area even for consultations and I will not be doing virtual calls. This corresponds to not being present in San Diego in July. Melvin S. Just a reminder, we resumed house calls in February 2021, if you have been vaccinated. We will not be resuming In-Office for a few more months yet because this is performed out of my house and everyone is still working or going to school from home and the teenagers have not been fully vaccinated.
