If a Kwanzaa display is not set up at conferences you attend, it's possibly a disconnect. What is Kuumba? As it relates to being a GBT, our creativity has no limits. Our everyday experiences from playing Spades, To Using GIFs, TV Shows, Line Dancing, Karaoke etc...Should and can be incorporated into your Therapeutic Practices. Many of us have been trained and we have an urge to use "Kuumba" but are afraid to do so because of that Training. Think...When it comes to Black Therapist, There is no Box. Incorporate Culture into your sessions and watch what happens!
