*Enter through the outpatient entrance in front of the D’Antignac St parking lot to the left adjacent to Medical Office Building One (820 St Sebastian Way) DO NOT PARK in the Parking DECK of Medical Office Building One

2- Take the Elevator to the 2nd Floor

3- Exit the Elevator Turn left and enter the outpatient clinic

4- Turn right at the Outpatient Desk and proceed to the door to exit the out patient clinic

5- Turn right and cross the Skyway

6- At the Shifa Care Clinic Sign turn left it will be the first door on the left (suite 2A)

PAST EVENTS

On Friday, July 25, 2025, the Shifa Care Clinic once again demonstrated its commitment to the community by holding its quarterly Vision Clinic. Through this vital initiative, 12 individuals received free vision screenings and glasses, a simple yet life-changing gift that opens up a world of clarity and opportunity. The compassion shown by the clinic's staff and volunteers ensures that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, has access to the essential eye care they deserve.

The dental clinic provided exams and cleanings for 12 patients on Saturday July 26, 2025 we served essential dental services to include dental exams and dental cleanings to the uninsured of the CSRA.

On Friday August 1, 2025, Shifa Care Clinic participated in the Back-to-School Bash 2025 in Grovetown, GA, where they distributed school supplies and conducted public outreach to inform attendees about essential services that are provided to the uninsured of the CSRA.

We Hope everyone is safe and well in our area from the winter storm Cora which has caused a cancellation of our primary care clinic on Saturday, Jan 11, 2025. Patients were rescheduled for our next clinic on Saturday, February 8, 2025.

PAST EVENTS at Shifa Care Clinic, Inc.:
The 38th Annual Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Memorial Celebration-Abilene Baptist Church
SHIFA CARE CLINIC, INC. took part in the event on Monday, January 20, 2025, to provide free health screenings blood pressure checks, glucose checks, health pamphlets and health education to the patrons of this event. We have Screened over 20 Patrons during this event and had 70 patrons who visited our table to receive information about our clinic. This has informed the community that there are free services available for people who are uninsured in the CSRA.
Our Monthly dental clinic was canceled on Saturday January 25, 2025 due to maintenance of the dental equipment. We will be back to normal operation on Saturday February 22, 2025. Patients who were scheduled will be contacted for rescheduling for the next clinic.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment for vitals and intake. Remember to bring your current medications for prescription refills. If eligible for reimbursements, please bring your receipts to process from 9 AM to 11 AM on clinic day.
Since we meet once a month, we encourage our patients to come to every clinic for chronic care management. Taking care of your health is our priority.
