On Go Red Day, all National Health Care Associates centers came together to raise awareness for heart health. Did you know heart disease is the leading cause of death in the U.S.? That’s why moments like this matter.

Seeing our teams unite in red across every community reminds us how powerful it is when we stand for something bigger—health, compassion, and life-saving awareness.

So proud of our National family for showing up and showing heart.

Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of women, and Go Red Day is a powerful reminder that awareness and action can save lives.

Tomorrow, Friday, February 6, we encourage our community to wear red to be seen, to be counted, and to be heard. Wearing red is a simple but meaningful way to support women’s heart health and help make an impact.

Together, we can be stronger than heart disease and stroke. To learn more, find resources, and get involved, visit the American Heart Association at https://www.heart.org.

They came together to reconnect, align, and recommit to the values of kindness, compassion, service, and excellence. These values guide the care we provide every day and help us create safe, supportive, and meaningful experiences for our residents.

Here’s to a year of caring, connection, and quality ahead.

Looks like Kennebec Kenny had something to say today! 🐾❄️ Our favorite groundhog made his annual appearance in Augusta and—sure enough—he saw his shadow. That means a little more winter fun is headed our way!

Even on chilly days, there’s always room for laughter and a little tradition around here. Kenny definitely kept us smiling and reminded us that fun finds a way, no matter the forecast.
