Sometimes, words just aren’t enough. But have you ever watched a child lost in play at the beach, tracing their feelings in the sand with tiny hands? Or seen an artist shape emotions into castles and patterns, letting the waves carry away what needs to be released?

In play therapy, the sand is more than grains beneath our feet; it’s a language of healing, a space where the unsaid finds a voice. 💛
