The majority of my sessions are online these days but I absolutely do in person sessions as well. My recent client actually flew in from Europe.

Connections: A desperate family situation "woke her up" a year or so ago and she found Dolores. She initially attempted to book a QHHT session near her and, she was disappointed in the manner in which the practitioner communicated. This ending up leading her to me and BQH and she watched some of my videos.
She also interesting started talking about red birds. All I did was smile at that statement!

Intention: When we began to create her intention statement for the session I let her talk and spending time trying to make the intention "correct." and "cover all bases".

It was a marvelous session. She visited an ET life, a current life scene and a past life of an alchemist. The healing teams removed a "lead ball of emotional weight" from her heart and she practically danced out of my studio.

She sent this lovely message the next day repeating the connection/intention concepts:

"Good morning Candace!

Whatever happened in our session has freed me!
I loved it and I’m so glad I did it with you! Our talk before the actual session prepared me to understand, enjoy and redo my Intention, which turned out to be a huge deal for me!!

And get this!!! I went to an antique mall near Wichita yesterday and walking through the isles I saw an unfinished needlepoint cushion with a cardinal stitched in the middle! I bought it of course and will finish it and put it in my room somewhere! Isn’t that Dolores' logo (and also yours)?

AND, I went to another shop and while waiting to pay I saw a gift bag with a cardinal on it! Was Dolores following me ? What’s going on?"

Intentions for sessions (of any kind) are made either consciously or unconsciously. With the water alchemy portion of a BQH session the intentions are certainly more consciously created and stated and I have found it makes a difference in session outcomes.

One of the ways that you can ease yourself into this process is by simply concentrating your thoughts on breathing. Paying attention to the ins and outs. Consciously observing and staying focused. This can help drive out some of that early chatter. Again, the idea is just to slow the whole process down and hopefully by quite a bit. But any slowing down is great and it gets easier with practice.

"So here’s the story.

One day she went to sleep—she had a family, a landscaping business, a perfectly normal life—and when she woke up, she said she woke up in the body of a different person. This person lived in Chicago. She was a woman who was a lawyer, who didn’t have a family.

She recalls that experience, and she had a number of them.

It was very disorienting, but pretty soon after waking, she began to move around in that body. She left that “sleep world” behind and stepped into the life of this lawyer in Chicago. The way she tells it, this happened a number of times. She would go to sleep and wake up in Chicago, be this lawyer, and live that life for a while—sometimes days, sometimes weeks, sometimes months.

Then she would go to sleep again, and out of the blue, she would wake up back in the landscaper’s body in Texas.

Now here’s the interesting part...."

I Found the Green Place — A BQH Visit to the Garden of Eden - by Deirdre Bingman

I didn’t know what to expect when I closed my eyes and dropped into that soft space.
I only knew I was tired of hurting — tired of missing her, of aching, of feeling like I had lost something I could never get back.

But I found something.
Actually — I found everything.
I found the Garden of Eden. Home. I returned to the beginning of everything!

The moment I arrived, it was overwhelming in the best way. Everything was green. Everything was alive. The colors were brilliant. The air was clean, pure, and easy to breathe. I felt like I had all the space I needed. For once, I wasn’t overwhelmed. I was safe.

I was small — a fairy, delicate and light — but I didn’t feel small inside.
I felt powerful.
Like I was meant to be here.
Like I had returned to my true home. . .
