πŸ“’ Calling for Donations!!

OMNL/Nursing Leaders of Maine is hosting a Basket Raffle at the Annual Meeting to raise funds for our annual nursing scholarships! These scholarships help support Maine nursing students pursuing a bachelor’s or higher degree in nursing at Maine institutions.

We are seeking donations of gift baskets, items, or gift cards for our raffle. Every contribution helps us recognize and assist the next generation of nurses in their academic journey.

How You Can Help:

Donate a themed basket
Sponsor a raffle item

Please bring these items with you to the event. We will have a table for display and tickets to purchase. Cash and Venmo accepted.

Your generosity will directly impact nursing students who are dedicated to making a difference in healthcare. If you’d like to donate or have any questions, please reach out to Brandie DeWitt at bdewitt@northernlight.org

Thank you for supporting Maine’s future nurses.

πŸŽ‰ Congratulations to Chelsea Allen, one of our 2025 OMNL Scholarship recipients! πŸŽ‰

Born and raised in Maine, this dedicated nurse grew up surrounded by the world of emergency careβ€”spending childhood days around an ambulance station and coming from a family of paramedics.

Her nursing journey began as a CNA on a respiratory unit, followed by a role as a medical assistant in family medicine. After completing nursing school, she continued to grow in the ambulatory care setting and recently advanced to the role of Clinical Practice Manager.

Her next goal? To become a Director of Clinical Operations in ambulatory careβ€”continuing to lead and inspire in the world of nursing administration.

πŸ‘ Please join us in celebrating her achievements and bright future!
