Cross stretch of the body:
Client in supine position.
Place right hand ( open palm) on the(r) anterior head of the deltoid, compress gently to a firm hold.
With your left - make a fist at the top of (r)rector fermoris , press down firmly.
Guide your Client to breathe.
On the exhale press both hands down firmly.
3x on the exhale. Then move the left fist to the (l) rector fermoris 3x . Repeat for opposite side
This cross stretch allows you to activate major inner muscle groups that are hard to get to. Providing a mid stretch releases the diagram, PSOAS, releases pectines, release the pectoral muscles groups and more.
