Tonight we had our Christmas party and for the first time in years all of our staff was able to attend and what a great staff we have. Every one of these individuals bring so much to our team and our community!

What an amazing opportunity for team bonding! We took a vote on how to celebrate Bridges 10 year anniversary and a trip to Emerald Isle North Carolina was the top vote. A few were not able to come and they were missed. Many memories were made with lots of laughs and fun adventures! We love what we do and all of us were appreciative to have this experience!

Bridges is celebrating 10 years tomorrow! 10 years ago tonight that first picture was taken as the three of us met for dinner. The anticipation of starting this venture was exciting and scary! Bridges has changed quite a bit over the years. It has been hard and rewarding and a place that continues to hold the same goals from the beginning. We strive to provide quality care for our consumers and also provide a quality place to work for our employees. We continue to grow and the vision continues to become bigger as we continue to try to bridge the gaps in our community. We appreciate all those who have been a part of this wonderful journey!

Some of our staff enjoyed a two day retreat with Dearborn County Juvenile Problem Solving Court. It was a great few days of team building and training. What a wonderful group of people!
