Brad Stewart~ Root Identity Therapy
Have you ever felt a desperation to be seen, to be heard …….. to be understood? The cold gripping fear that life is coming apart leaves us paralyzed……feeling hopeless, trying to get through our mundane day devoid of happiness, enjoyment, or fulfillment; attempting to accomplish daily responsibilities with no end in sight. For those of us who experience this, it is not dramatic language but our reality.

Many of us have tried therapist after therapist without making a real connection with anyone who listens or understands, or have been given tools that just don’t help. We are desperate to find something that works, someone who can actually help; someone who has the guts and clinical skills to dig in deeply and address root causes of issues that may be deeply embedded.

The winter months can be difficult for many people. It gets dark really early, we can't engage in some of the activities we enjoy when it's warm out. It's important to remind ourselves that winter is only temporary and we must become creative in passing the time while the snow flies. Also, sometimes getting outside even though it's cold is the best thing for our bodies and minds. Here are some fun suggestions for self-care. Hi, my name is Caroline Hasse, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from The University of Akron and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Akron.

Sometimes we reach a point in our lives where we need to talk about what is going on. Whether it is after a loss or trauma, during periods of conflict within a relationship, or any other stressor, therapy can be a great way to process our emotions and find solutions that work best for us. As a clinician, I would love to help you during that journey by creating a
warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment. I work with adolescent, adults, couples, and families to achieve your unique treatment goals.

Hello, my name is Brad and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with Aurora Counseling and Consulting. I provide mental health, addiction, and marriage counseling offering full-time availability, including evening and telehealth appointments for adolescents, adults, and couples. I have my Bachelors in Psychology and Sociological Social Psychology, my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and pursuing my Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision. My approach to therapy utilizes evidence-based research which shows significance in reducing a variety of symptoms. I take pride in creating a warm, comforting environment where we can work together to build insight and get life reorganized. My approach varies from person to person as we are all unique and should all be treated as such.
