Heads up, lovely community—due to the holiday, a few of our regularly scheduled classes have been cancelled this week.
We appreciate your understanding and hope this quieter schedule gives you a moment to pause and breathe.
✨ But we’re still here for you—on Wednesday, July 3rd at 6:00 PM, we’re offering a special 45-minute Yoga Nidra session to help you reset, rest, and nourish your nervous system.
This deeply restful guided meditation is done lying down and requires no movement—just come as you are and get cozy.
