Our Fall festivities remain vibrant! As Halloween approaches, we have coordinated some invigorating excursions. The gentlemen continue to solidify their recovery foundation and create lasting memories and friendships. As part of our program, one of our coordinators facilitates a weekly mindfulness coloring group specifically designed for our gentlemen. This session allows participants to engage in coloring complex designs or express their creativity through freehand art. Many individuals have reported finding this experience to be highly beneficial, offering a chance to recharge, relax, and reflect.

The gentlemen recently engaged in a caving expedition, exploring the Sinks. They had a delightful time, savoring the cold, fresh air and beholding this remarkable natural feature. Several participants opted to enter the cool, clear water within the caves, and a couple of them may or may not have applied their own mud masks.
