LIVE-IN Caregiver/PA/CNA $210 to $230 per day!! $1000 bonus after six months worked. Additional $1000 bonus after one year. I am a single guy, not a company, so please be genuine with your application and read this post thoroughly if you choose to apply.
Personal assistant needed for male with spinal cord injury. I like playing poker, sports and technology. Open to anyone with flexibility and ability to follow Direction. I need someone that can work quickly and have the ability to multitask. Must be able to pass background check. Must be somewhat technologically inclined. Must have valid drivers license & SSC Card. Must have eligibility to work in the United States.
SCHEDULE: Live in 24/7: I need several shifts so please let me know which one you're interested in when you apply.
Start Thursday 10 AM-Finish Monday 10 AM (4 total days). Starting on Friday at 10 AM for 3 days is also an option.

Physical Requirements: You must be able to transfer someone who weighs approximately 150 pounds dead weight from wheelchair to bed, bed to wheelchair etc. I cannot bear the weight. I can use lift occasionally.
Compensation: $210 to $230 per day total. ($160.00 from State of Illinois + Cash, no taxes), Health insurance after three months with no premium/no deductible/no co-pay!
