BC4U is a clinic dedicated to you. If you’re between 12 and 24, this is your place to go with questions or problems when it comes to your s*xual health. You can come for completely confidential STD testing and treatment, we also provide birth control, pregnancy testing, e

mergency contraception, breast exams, HPV vaccines and pap smears. Its all free and totally on your terms. S*x is fun. But it’s also not something to mess around with. If you’re having s*x, or planning on it, we are here to help.

Learn more about the NuvaRing! ⭕️

It's a small, flexible ring you insert into your va**na (kind of like a tampon). It releases estrogen and progestin to stop ovulation and thicken cervical mucus, which helps prevent pregnancy. You leave it in for 3 weeks, take it out for 1 week (that’s when your period usually happens), then insert a new one. It won’t get lost inside you — and you don’t have to remove it during s*x.

Welcome to the last phase of the cycle: the luteal phase! This is the time after ovulation and before your period.

Your body makes more progesterone to prep for pregnancy. If pregnancy doesn’t happen, hormone levels drop… and your period starts (when you bleed).

You might (or might not) notice:

✨ mood shifts/PMS
✨ bloating or breakouts

Hormones are doing their thing. 💛
