Very important announcement, please read.

We will be in class this Thursday, December 11 from 6:45pm to 7:45pm. Please come because I have a little Christmas present for each of you.

I will not be there on Thursday, December 18 for our evening class but there is another yoga class on that date from 10 AM to 10:50 AM normally with Beth but I will be covering for her. Please try to attend that instead.

The gym will be closed on Christmas Day December 25th, which falls on our Yoga Thursdays. Also, on January 1st, New Year’s Day, the gym will close at 5pm, which also falls on our Thursday evening yoga.
Some options are to attend on December 23 at 9:45am to 10:40am with Beth and on December 30 from 9:45am to 10:40am with Beth. She is awesome, you will all love her, she is a long time mentor of mine, I learned from her.

January 8, I will be in Hawaii, but there is another yoga class that day from 10 AM to 10:55 AM.
We will all come back together on Thursday, January 15.
I am also working on planning a Friday night vision board party over by the bar. More details on that will come later.

Love this dedicated group. They get so excited when they notice improvement in their poses, and that makes me excited to teach them more!
