Last Friday night we gathered in tenderness.

Valentine’s Day can stir love, longing, memory, and grief all at once — and instead of trying to fix any of it, we chose to simply breathe with it.

In Held in the Heart, there was nothing to perform.
Nothing to explain.
Nothing to resolve.

Just breath.
Just vibration.
Just the quiet courage of softening.

We practiced releasing without reopening.
Connecting without clinging.
Sending love outward without abandoning ourselves.

The room felt steady. Warm. Honest.

Some hearts softened.
Some bodies finally exhaled.
Some simply rested — and that was enough.
