That’s balance...and after 50, it’s something we actually need to train, not just assume will always be there.

Here’s why it matters: good balance helps prevent falls, keeps you confident on your feet, and supports everything from walking to strength training.

The good news? You don’t need a full workout.

Try standing on one foot for 10–20 seconds, or walk heel-to-toe across the room. Do it daily, and you’ll feel the difference.
