Inga Callard was one of our beloved volunteers. Yesterday she passed away from cancer. We rejoice that she is in heaven with no more pain.

Inga loved being a volunteer family life coach!

Yesterday, one of her past clients texted, "Inga helped make me the mom I am today for my beautiful son. I feel very blessed to have met her and learned from her." - 8/12/25

Passing the baton!

We’re excited to introduce Hannah Gonzalez as the new Executive Director of CFLC! With a strong connection to Aurora and a background in education, missions, and community service, Hannah steps into this role with enthusiasm, passion, and a heart to serve. Her thoughtful leadership will help guide CFLC into its next chapter.

We’re equally thrilled to announce Annette Dotterer in her new role as Program Director. As our client load continues to grow, Annette’s extensive experience, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to families will be key in expanding our reach, strengthening our programs, and helping us serve our clients better.

Although she isn’t leaving, we would like to honor Annette’s faithful commitment to CFLC as she transitions into her new role:
Annette, your 15 years of dedication to CFLC have made a lasting impact on every life you've touched. Your compassion, strength, and loyalty have shaped a legacy that speaks volumes. Thank you for following Jesus and being the heartbeat of this mission!

Important announcement!

Arapahoe County’s Thriving CommUNITY Fair has been canceled for tomorrow, Saturday, July 12th.

As you may have heard, there are online rumors about a takeover at the Town Center of Aurora on Saturday, July 12th. In the interest of safety, Arapahoe County has made the difficult decision to cancel the Thriving CommUNITY Fair. We apologize for the late notice on the cancellation.

We’re here to give parents, grandparents, and caretakers the tools, support, and education needed to create nurturing, patient, and loving environments for their children.

If you know someone who’s in a situation where they need support, send them our way. We have such a wide variety of classes that cover stress factors that can make someone more susceptible to mistreating a child (financial stress, relationship stress, tantrums, crying/info on shaken baby syndrome, etc.).
