The mission for Residential Care Services LLC, also referred to as RCS is to provide a safe and loving environment in a residential setting for foster children and adults living with disabilities. We want to give them the opportunity to have access to all of the services and support needed to achieve success in every aspect of their lives. Residential Care Services has served the disa
bled population since 2008. The Executive Director has over 20 years serving the disabled population in various capacities.
-Group Home Center (Program 1 - Youth Services)
RCS provides a residential Group Home that serves a maximum of 8 males ages 12-20 who are higher functioning Developmentally Delayed. The youth program strives to provide residents with an opportunity to achieve their dreams for success, independence, and normalcy. Our goal is to allow these young men to achieve the least restrictive environment possible in foster care, in preparation for adult services. Our well trained staff aims to teach independence and appropriate interpersonal skills in preparation for everyday living. We have a successful recruitment process to select diverse and well-rounded Direct Care Staff.
- Host Home (Program 2 - Adult Services)
In the Host Home Program, RCS provides residential placement into the community for developmentally disabled adults in addition to the elderly population. Many adults in services have been in foster homes and other facilities throughout their entire lives and deserve the best continued care. RCS seeks Host Home Providers who can provide residential support in his/her home, in a family setting, to persons with developmental disabilities and receiving comprehensive services. Residential Care Services also provides PCA Homes or Personal Care Alternative Homes which allows clients to live in a residential home setting with up to 3 consumers and rotating staff members. This gives the clients a house mate type setting with staff supervision.
