Full Circle's September livestream will be on Advanced Shoulder Techniques. This livestream will be recorded. The recording will be available in the advanced subscription service. This educational livestream will be held September 25, 2025 (tomorrow!!) from 9 am to 11 am MST. I emailed the zoom invitation through Teachable. Please email me if you are a subscriber and did not receive the invitation.

Ethics For Business, a 4 CE, live ethics course will be held this coming Monday, September 29, 2025 from 8 am to 12 pm. To obtain credit, you must attend all 4 hours of this class. This class is available to anyone subscribed to Full Circle’s streaming video subscription service. I emailed the invitation for this class through Teachable. Please check your spam, then email me if you did not receive the invitation.

This class will be recorded and available in all Full Circle’s subscriptions. The recording will have 3 CEs attached to it. You will have to take a test to receive the CEs for the recording. The test will be available on Full Circle’s website, efullcircle.com, by October 15, 2025.

This past weekend, in Buffalo, I had the pleasure of working on the young woman below. These pics are posted with permission. She is 35. When she was 20, she had a thyroidectomy. For 15 years the scar tissue in the front of her neck has been wreaking havoc on the tissues in her neck, shoulders, and head. It has been painful every time she swallows.

I did 10 minutes of SMRT on her neck on Saturday. On Sunday, Mary and I worked on her for 15 minutes. The pics are from Sunday. The first before and after is relaxed. The second before and after is during swallowing. The pull from the scar tissue has shifted her c-spine and already begun to cause arthritis in her neck.

She came to class with another therapist who is a friend of hers. She has had plenty of massage done through the years, but nothing on the tissues in the front of her neck. I encouraged her and her friend to learn more SMRT for the head & neck. I encouraged her to be consistent with treatment to stop additional degeneration. Both of them have small children, and I will not be returning to Buffalo, but another therapist in Buffalo has been taking SMRT classes for almost a decade. I think they are going to do tandem trades so they can all get SMRT work!

She’s a lovely young woman and I am so glad I got to meet her this weekend!! Everyone asked why I didn’t cancel this small class of 7. I never considered it, and she was likely the reason.

In the Advanced Lymph & Scar class was a therapist I know well. She has had extensive skin removal. I worked on this scar for about 5 minutes. She had much less pain and itch!
