🙏🏾 When Life Feels Uncertain - Let Go and Let God

Beloved family, tonight I want to speak to your heart about uncertainty. When life feels uncertain and the road ahead is unclear, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Worry starts to creep in, whispering doubts about what lies ahead.

The uncertainty of life can weigh heavily on our hearts. Does anybody hear me? Right now, we live in uncertain times. But there's one truth that stands firm: God knows what's next for you.

Life doesn't come with a roadmap. Never did, never will. We don't know what is waiting for us just right around the corner. The uncertainty of things that lie ahead can be even paralyzing.

Do you feel me?

Yet in the midst of all our questions and concerns, God knows what's next for you and I. We spend so much time trying to predict what's coming, trying to plan every detail, trying to control the next event. But let me remind you, brother, you don't have to know everything. It's okay to not have all the answers. It's okay to step into the unknown and still believe that God has your back.

When we don't know what's next, the best we can do in those times is to trust that God does know. One of my favorite passages of scripture is "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, lean not on thy own understanding, but acknowledge him in all thy ways, and he will direct thy path."

Before we wake in the morning, many of us go to grab a phone, but our first response should be to get on our knees and thank God. Because as we laid in the very image of death last night, God did not allow our pajamas to become our grave clothes, nor our bed to become our cooling board. He's given us another opportunity to serve him and walk down life's journey.

See, when you know God and you communicate, not just when times are troubled, but when you can communicate with Him first thing in the morning, asking God, "What do you have for me?" Not so much "Why is this happening to me?" God, I know if you are with me, what can be against me? What demon, what cancer, what credit report, what boss, what foreclosure notice, what devil, what witch, what warlock can come up against the almighty God?

Let me share something personal with you. When Sister Lequita was diagnosed with cancer, we felt that crushing uncertainty. We didn't know which way to go or where to turn. Doubt tried to creep in, surely. But we stood firm on the Word of God, knowing that He would never leave us nor forsake us. Fear not, for He is with us! Today, 23 years later, Sister Lequita stands as a living testimony to God's faithfulness.

And speaking of God's faithfulness and new beginnings, we have a special announcement that shows how He continues to open new doors! 🎉 On April 17th, Sister Lequita will be launching her new podcast, "Real Talk with Lequita Taylor." We ask for your prayers and community love as she steps into this new venture that God has placed on her heart. Just as He guided us through uncertainty with the cancer diagnosis and starting our ministry with just $150, we know He will guide her in this new chapter of ministry.

Remember this: The same God that painted and spoke the skies into existence, the same God that gave flight to the eagle, swiftness to the cheetah, and even packed joy in a monkey - Who wouldn't believe in a God like that? This same God has orchestrated every detail in your life. That is why we can trust Him.

When you feel stuck, confused, or abandoned, remember this: our perspective is limited, but God is infinite. Where we see a dead end, He sees an opportunity. Where we see a storm, He sees the rainbow that follows.

So if the road ahead looks foggy, don't panic. Please don't rush ahead trying to figure out a solution. Stand firm, trust God. He will open the right doors, and when He does, you'll look back and see His fingerprints on every step of the way.

So I beseech you, brethren, by the mercy of the Almighty God, that you choose who you should serve this day. For it's me and my house - We will serve the Lord!

Don't Cast Your Pearls To Swine, For They Will Trample Them Under Feet

A Message from Brother Michael Taylor:

Being in the funeral business, Lequita and I understand the delicate balance of kindness. While we see grieving families whose emotions span the entire spectrum - and we hold space for that with abundant kindness - today I must speak a truth that weighs heavily on my spirit.

Too often, we've misunderstood Christ's command of kindness. Yes, kindness is a gift from God, but are you using your kindness wisely?

Remember: Jesus loved the sinner but didn't condone sin. He showed mercy but overturned tables in the temple. He welcomed the lost but rebuked the hypocrites. He knew when kindness would change a heart and when it would be wasted on those seeking to destroy.

You are not called to be a doormat. You are called to be a light. And a light doesn't shine in the darkness to be consumed - it shines to expose, to reveal, to guide.

Some of us have been:
- Too kind to those who keep hurting us
- Kind to those mocking our God and faith
- Pouring kindness where it's neither wanted nor respected

"Be wise as serpents and innocent as doves." This means we must discern where our kindness bears fruit and where it enables sin.

Just as Jesus didn't chase the rich young ruler when he walked away, sometimes we need to stop casting our pearls before those who have repeatedly shown they will trample them.

Your kindness can be like Christ - strong, discerning, and purposeful.

🙏 Let Us Pray 🙏

Father God, in the name of Jesus, God, I just thank you for this day. God, I thank you for the rising of the sun and the going down of that very same. I thank you for those who are connecting with these prayers and with the message that God, you have given me to share with your people.

For God, you are the kind and loving God, but yet God, I stand on the mandate of your word that we should not cast our pearls unto swine. So Father God, I just ask that you would give those that have read this message the spirit of discernment as they walk down their Christ journey, their life's journey.

Father God, make every crooked way straight. God, make them be the light at their feet and the lamp upon their pathway. Father God, as I close this prayer, touch those that are brokenhearted, those that may just be discouraged on this evening. And Father God, we'll look to you and know that you are the alpha and the maker and the finisher of all our faith.

Father God, I ask it in the name of the son. I believe it in the name of the father, and I receive it in the name of the Holy Ghost, the comforter. And truly that name is Jesus. In Jesus, we have just now prayed.

"No weapon formed against us shall prosper" - Isaiah 54:17

Beloved family, tonight I want to speak to your heart about uncertainty. When life feels uncertain and the road ahead is unclear, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Worry starts to creep in, whispering doubts about what lies ahead.

God's plan was written for you long before you took your first breath. It is not a plan thrown together in haste. It is deliberate, perfect, and filled with purpose.

Think about this: The same God that painted and spoke the skies into existence, the same God that gave flight to the eagle, swiftness to the cheetah, and even packed joy in a monkey - Who wouldn't believe in a God like that? This same God has orchestrated every detail in your life. That is why we can trust Him.

When you feel stuck, confused, or even abandoned, I want you to remember this, brethren and sisters: our perspective is limited, but God is infinite. Where we see a dead end, He sees an opportunity. Where we see a storm, He sees the rainbow that follows.

You may feel lost, but you're not lost to Him. He is the good shepherd, and He will guide us to still waters if we let Him. We don't need to figure out every step right now. We don't need to have all the answers. All we need is to take the next step in faith.

Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us to "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." Did you get that? He will make our paths straight. Not you, not your worries, not your plans, but God Himself will do it.

So if the road ahead looks foggy, don't panic. Don't rush ahead trying to force a solution. Stand firm, trust God. He will open the right doors, and when He does, you'll look back and see His fingerprints on every step of the way.

In this fast-paced world of instant gratification and quick solutions, remember: God operates on eternal time. His timing is perfect, even when it doesn't match our schedule.

Isaiah 54:17 remains our declaration: "No weapon formed against us shall prosper!"
