Leslie is a licensed clinical professional counselor specializing in effective stress management and wellness. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with a private practice in Aurora, IL. I graduated from Concordia University with a Master's Degree in Human Services in 1995. I specialize in helping people manage the inevitable stress that comes with every day life. I have a true passion for helping others overcome challenges and achieve well-being. I offer individual sessions, group therapy, and shorter connection sessions designed to get to the root cause of stress and develop an actionable plan to manage that stress.
