Back by popular demand and just in time for Spring 🌼 I’m super excited to be reintroducing my soundbath offerings! New vibe, upgraded venue and all the positive energy ✨ These new events will combine 2 of my greatest passions, yoga and sound healing. We will begin and end our time together on the mat 🧘♀️ Exploring where we might be holding tension and allowing it to slowly dissipate as we generate loving movement. Lots of instruction, no judgement 🫶🏻 Toward the end of class you will be guided to a lying down position while a wave of therapeutic vibrations and frequencies wash over you from instruments like crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, tuning forks and ocean drums 🎶 You will leave feeling relaxed, renewed and refreshed 🧖🏼♀️ These events are beginner friendly and no experience is necessary. Mats and blankets will be provided and the diffusion of essential oils will take place. I’d love you to join me for 1 or all 3 events. Space is limited. Reservation required.
