Every year we donate to a local school in District 308 who are in need of supplies for their students.

Skylar has been wetting her bed everyday from age two to eight years old.

Lately, it has been difficult because she wanted to go to sleep-overs with her friends.

Her mom had tried everything, but nothing was helping.

Skylar started chiropractic adjustments and went from bedwetting daily to only once or twice a month.

Now, her mom and Skylar are estatic because she has her life back.

More importantly, she is able to go to sleep-overs at her friends house without any worries.

Taking time out of my day to visit a family friend, Steve, who is in the hospital for over a month. 😔

He is like a grandpa to my son, Aiden. Steve has been there for Aiden's basketball games & practices for almost two years. 🏀

Now, it is my turn to be there for him.

I have visited him almost everyday giving him & his daughter emotional support. 🫶

We were excited for him to go home last week, but a major setback has him in the hospital for longer than expected.

It is times like this that it reminds me how precious life is. 💖

You can get wrapped up in the hustle and bustle of life and miss out on precious moments with your kids or your significant other.

Take five minutes of your time to stop and listen to your spouse or child.

Do something they love. Go out of your way to show them you love them. 🥰

You never know how long you have with the ones you love. Life is short, cherish every moment with them and please, do not take it for granted. 💕

Not only is providing quality care a priority, we encourage our staff to take care of themselves often. They get adjusted, receive laser treatments & use our B3 bands as often as they need it.

Doing so, allows them time to reduce stress, relieve pain & focus on the needs of our patients.

Just as we tell our patients how important self-care is for their recovery, we try to practice what we preach as well!

Very often we get stuck in the stresses of hectic work or school schedules, we do not take the time for self-care. We are running on empty and have very little to give to others, much less ourselves.

The best gift you can give to others is to give the best of you. Getting adjusted will give you more energy, less pain and help you move better. Not only will this help you, it will help you give more to the people and activities that matter most to you.
