There are more than 65,000 certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) practicing across the United States – each playing a vital role in patient care. During CRNA Week, HCA HealthONE Aurora joins our broader HCA Healthcare network in celebrating the CRNAs who care for our patients with expertise, compassion and dedication.

CRNAs are valued partners throughout the surgical journey, fostering a relationship of trust and safety with patients. These skilled team members educate patients before and after anesthesia, assist with its administration and interpret vital signs throughout the procedure.

To our dedicated CRNAs, thank you for your and the exceptional care you provide each day. Your clinical skill and commitment to safety help ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

For years, Aisha thought heavy bleeding, pelvic pain and constantly needing to p*e were just “part of being a woman.” She planned her days around bathroom breaks, stopped drinking water before going out and tried to sleep through the discomfort.

She finally spoke up at her annual OB/GYN visit and everything changed. Her doctor, found a uterine fibroid and offered a minimally invasive option that didn’t require a hysterectomy. After laparoscopic radiofrequency ablation, Aisha felt relief almost right away. Her pain and bladder pressure eased, her bleeding improved and she was back to work within days. Most importantly, she got her freedom — and her life — back.

If heavy periods, pelvic pain or constant pressure are disrupting your life, don’t ignore it or assume it’s “normal.” 👉 Learn about Aisha’s journey and the treatment options that may be available: https://bit.ly/4jHsbRC. Find a doctor at HCAHealthONE.com/Physicians.

At HCA HealthONE excellence means showing up for our patients as people — not just diagnoses. When our colleuages at HCA HealthONE Swedish learned that longtime partners Aliana and Bailey had delayed their wedding, and that Aliana was facing a rare cancer diagnosis, our caregivers knew this was a moment to go above and beyond.

In just days, our oncology team transformed a hospital hallway into a place of celebration, surrounding the couple with care, joy, and unwavering support. What could have been an ordinary day of treatment became an unforgettable reminder of what it truly means to and why — for every patient, every time.

✨ Watch their wedding and see the compassion behind the care:

Staff at HCA HealthONE Swedish organized a free wedding for a couple after the bride was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma.
