Recently, we’ve been getting a lot of great questions — so we wanted to help clear a few things up! 😊
1️⃣ Do you accept Medicaid?
✔️ Yes, we do! Please bring your Medicaid card or member number with you. If you don’t have it, we can usually look it up in our system.
2️⃣ Do you have X-rays?
At our Aurora clinic, we do not currently offer X-rays. However, we can refer you to Health Images or send you to one of our sister clinics that does offer imaging.
3️⃣ I scheduled an appointment — why am I waiting?
Urgent care can be unpredictable, and sometimes several patients arrive at once. While we do our best to prioritize scheduled appointments, wait times may still vary as we work to get everyone into an exam room as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience!
4️⃣ Will I have a co-pay?
We won’t know your co-pay until your insurance is verified and entered into our system at check-in. To help speed things up, we recommend scheduling and completing online check-in before you arrive.
5️⃣ How much will my visit cost?
• If you’re using insurance, we’ll need to verify your coverage once we have your insurance information.
• If you’re paying out of pocket, visits start at $185 for the office visit. Any additional labs or procedures are extra. Rest assured — nothing will be done without your consent, and you’ll always know the cost before approving any services.
