This brochure provides information for returning and/or visiting beneficiaries from overseas to the United States on how to access health care. Unless or until they switch their enrollment to a CONUS TRICARE region, their care is covered/coordinated by International SOS. To avoid being billed/charged for medical care, returning/visiting beneficiaries must switch/update their enrollment to a CONUS TRICARE region.

The appointmnt line will close early on 15 JAN 2026, at 1600hrs for call systems upgrades and all services will resume on 16 JAN 2026 at 0600hrs. During this closure time, please utilize the National Nurse Advise Line 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273), option 1 or your MHS Genesis Patient Portal or your closest Urgent Care/Emergency Room for any urgent needs or emergency care.

Please utilize MHS Genesis patient portal for any concerns during these down hours.

Exercise week is upon us!

❗𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞❗
Buckley SFB is scheduled to conduct a base-wide exercise from 15-19 December 2025.

During the exercise, you may hear simulated explosions or see controlled smoke and fire. Please be aware that these are expected. Keep in mind that base services may be delayed and traffic at installation gates may be impacted by the exercise, so plan accordingly. Be advised that these are just training simulations.

If any suspicious activity or behavior is occurring outside of the training location, please call BDOC at (720) 847-9252, or 911 for an emergency.
