Our Story

The University of Colorado Gynecologic Oncology is a women’s health oncology practice dedicated to treating, curing and providing support for females with reproductive cancers. As the only National Comprehensive Cancer Network in the rocky mountain region, CU’s Gynecologic Oncology group provides patients with the highest level of expertise available delivered in compassionate and individualized care.

The Gynecologic Oncology team at CU is the largest board-certified gynecologic oncology team in Colorado and also serves as part of the larger University of Colorado Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. With access to an intensive care unit, cutting-edge equipment and facilities, as well as multiple teams of subspecialists in female health, we can address even the most complex cases.

Our physicians take the time with each patient to explain treatment options and help them make informed decisions about their health, working with each patient to formulate personalized treatment plans. The University of Colorado Gynecologic Oncology team includes four physicians who are board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, with subspecialty-certification in gynecologic oncology. Patients can rest assured they will receive comprehensive care, as our physicians are specifically trained in diagnosing women’s cancers as well as the surgical and non-surgical methods of treatment.
