Need A LOT OF HELP organizing, packing, and getting things into storage to get my house ready to sell.
House is 3100 sq ft. I have lived here 13+ years.
It’s a LOT, and I just can’t emphasize that enough.
I am ready to part with many things and do what I have to, but it’s a PROJECT.
It’s probably worse and not as bad than I think.

I am desperately in need for a someone with EXPERIENCE IN ALL AREAS OF HOME RESTORATION. I have a 125 year old house that I am UNABLE TO INSURE.
It needs EVERYTHING, roofing, in a small area and an entire porch- not especially small and completely restored.
A porch, with at least significant floor repair and probably entire replacement. Paint around windows, siding repair and cutting out around BEAUTIFUL OLD WINDOWS COMPLETELY COVERED THAT GIVE THE HOUSE ENTIRE CHARACTER, shed finished and I cannot explain, painting, wood cutting, windows and door. Garage painted and probably pressure washed prio. Relatively small-medium size driveway repair. I would LOVE SHUTTERS painted or replaced, anything to improve the amazing beauty of the house.
Significant remodeling inside the house likely in a a couple months, unless price is low enough. I have lived here 12 years and have VIVID AND SPECIFIC VISIONS FOR THE HOUSE THAT HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH AND I CAN FINALLY DO IT!!!! More than open to suggestions. If you cannot do everything, please send me your information and charge and let anyone else that might be able to do anything else. I am more than EAGER. Thanks so much for your time.
