Scratch therapy helps decrease stress, improves blood circulation, relieves muscle tension, and improves sleep. I am a healthcare worker who loves taking care of people. I've worked in the healthcare for over 20 years. Discovering scratch therapy provided me another avenue to help people through relaxation by releasing endorphins, decreasing stress, and cortisol levels.
