Reflexology / Holistic Health Coaching / Aroma Therapy Reflexology is a modality that is over 3000 years old. I mainly work on your feet with Reflexology.

It is using pressure points at your feet, hands or ears, to help your body re-balance and gain health. I find that the response in your body is much deeper and quicker than with hands and feet. A well hydrated body will respond much better than a dry body. Drinking at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces will be proper hydration.
