Chamber staff and some of the Chamber Ambassadors were treated to lunch at Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar in Southlands - to help test their new family style menu. We were treated to some of their new recipes including fried deviled eggs, salads, sandwiches, seasoned edamame, and cookies, brownies, and butter cake! Thank you to General Manager Sara Plank and her great staff for a wonderful meal!

✨ Giving Back Together! ✨
Yesterday, our Women in Business group rolled up their sleeves to volunteer at the Eagles Lodge Annual Senior Citizens’ Thanksgiving Dinner prep. For nearly 50 years, this tradition has brought a home-cooked holiday meal to seniors in our community—and we were honored to help make it happen!
From deboning turkeys to prepping stuffing and even decorating wine bottles for the fundraiser, it was a day filled with teamwork, laughter, and purpose. 💪💛
Thank you to everyone who joined us in making a difference!

It was a beautiful Colorado day for the AFC Urgent Care ribbon cutting!
Owner Lee Vala and Partner Amir Heydari enthusiastically cut the ribbon for the new state-of-the-art Urgent Care Center at 15372 E Alameda Pkwy, surrounded by Center staff, and Chamber Ambassadors, members, and staff.

Transportation in the City of Centennial was the subject of The Chamber's Transportation meeting, Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025.
City of Centennial Public Works Program Manager Ant DeVita, P.E., and Engineering Manager Anna Bignault, P.E., provided updates on four Denver Regional Council of Governments TIP funded projects, Centennial’s Xcel Energy streetlight acquisition and development of their streetlight program, and some key development areas in the City.

The Chamber's Arts + Business Connection (ABC) "explored the creative mindset" this week at The Charles Burrell Visual & Performing Arts Campus at Aurora Central High School. It was inspirational to learn more about the Burrell Arts pathway, which is now K-12 - and to be treated to students in action!

Jessica Brown, Director of Magnet Schools at Aurora Public Schools, coordinated the event and shared insight about the program, along with colleagues at the school.

The ABC committee demonstrates and promotes the value of integrating the arts as a strategic business tool.

It was a big crowd at the ceremonial ribbon cutting for the I-70 Picadilly Interchange on Monday, Nov. 3, 2025.
The new diverging diamond interchange could open to travelers as soon as Thanksgiving 2025, weather-permitting.
