Zach's Exotic Hardwood Designs My name is Zach Vaughan and I am a 19 year old college student who does woodworking on the side. More recently I have also taken up pen turning!

I was originally taught how to make cutting boards by my dad when I was 13. My cutting boards are made from various exotic hardwoods from around the world. All wood colors are the natural colors of the wood (no artificial dye's are used). They are glued together with a water-proof, FDA approved food safe wood glue. Wooden cutting boards also bring about an extra health benefit as they have special enzymes that will kill bacteria as it soaks into the board helping keep the board safe from use-to-use!
