I am a certified massage therapist and a nutritional counselor at A New Life Wellness Center. As a C.M.T of 2+ years I have worked on professional athletes and local celebrity's. I specialize in Structural, Deep Tissue, and Sports massage. I do 60 min massages that cost $45 dollars. I am also the teacher of a nutritional and exercise class. My classes are about 35 minutes long and goes over healthy weight loss and basic exercises. My classes are $20 a piece and individual sessions are 35 minutes for $35.
