Dr. Lifka is a licensed chiropractic physician as well as a licensed acupuncturist and has been practicing in Aurora for nearly 25 years. He graduated from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL (formerly National College of Chiropractic) in August of 1993. He started his practice with the goal of providing excellent and affordable healthcare to his patients. He spends much time getting to know each one of his patients so that he can provide individualized holistic options to improve their overall health. He runs a small family-owned business with the help of his wife, Sue. Together they are raising five children here in Aurora: Ryan, Melissa, Eric, Andrew, and Katie who range in age from 25 down to 15. Dr. Lifka treats mainly muscular skeletal issues and also focuses on general nutrition to help promote overall good health. He uses chiropractic manipulation, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, manual therapy, acupuncture, and light therapy to promote fast and effective relief of the following problems: back pain, neck pain, headaches, sinus problems, joint pain. In addition, our clinic offers massage therapy to our patients. We have a licensed massage therapist on staff who schedules patients by appointment.

Dr. Lifka is a licensed chiropractic physician as well as a licensed acupuncturist and has been practicing in Aurora for nearly 25 years. He graduated from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL (formerly National College of Chiropractic) in August of 1993. He then received his certification in Acupuncture in May of 2000. He started his practice with the goal of providing excellent and affordable healthcare to his patients. He spends much time getting to know each one of his patients so that he can provide individualized holistic options to improve their overall health. He runs a small family-owned business with the help of his wife, Sue. Together they are raising five children here in Aurora: Ryan, Melissa, Eric, Andrew, and Katie. Dr. Lifka treats mainly muscular and skeletal issues and also focuses on general nutrition to help promote overall good health. He uses chiropractic manipulation, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, manual therapy, acupuncture, and light therapy to promote fast and effective relief of many common health problems including back pain, neck pain, headaches, sinus problems, joint pain.

Our office sells a variety of nutritional supplements to our patients to assist in their overall health and wellness. Some of the more common supplements that we offer include probiotics, Omega 3, multivitamins, natural muscle relaxants, natural healing enzymes, and magnesium supplements. We are also a licensed distributor for Biofreeze products. Biofreeze is a soothing gel which provides relief for several different types of pain.

Our office can also provide custom-molded foot orthotics for our patients. Dr. Lifka can scan or cast a patient’s feet and then order custom orthotics for them. Foot orthotics can help to alleviate or prevent back, knee, or joint pain. Better support for the feet promotes good posture and also good walking and running form for athletes or anyone in general.

In addition, our clinic offers therapeutic and sports massage to our patients. We have an experienced licensed massage therapist on staff who schedules patients by appointment.
