How do you care for yourself when everything seems unclear and chaotic?
Even when it seems like the world is falling apart, your care for yourself can’t wait. It might shift and look different than your normal routine, but you should continue to do something for yourself nonetheless. This may look like a quick walk, breathing exercise or call with a friend. Wherever and whenever you can fit it in, continue to make it a priority. This will greatly improve your ability to show up for others and manage the stress of an uncertain world!
