We're starting our new Resident of the Month for our ACP Program! Congratulations to Zack K. as our first resident of the month! In his own words:

On my road to recovery I am someone who has felt guilty & shame in my failures. I have fallen short of my expectations, I have gotten knocked down time after time after time. But, I get up and dust myself off. I refuse to dwell on my imperfections and I will follow the directions of a successful pedigree. I negotiate my biases and thoughts of my reputation and always focus on sharpening my judgment. I promote thoughtful responses and avoid hasty reactions. I invest in my team’s emotional bank account, because the vision is much more than me. My name is Zack and I’ve come along way but my inspiration is ahead of me.

Our Resident of the Week! Deajanae T!

My recovery has given me a second chance at life — not just to survive, but to actually live. It’s helped me find myself again after being lost for so long. I’ve learned to feel my emotions instead of running from them, to love myself instead of breaking myself down, and to believe that I deserve peace. Recovery showed me strength I didn’t know I had and gave me the courage to face my past without letting it define me. It’s taught me that healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, forgiveness, and showing up for myself every single day.
